Abstract: Takaful insurance sector plays an active role in the economic and social development of all society given the rapid evolution that is happening in the various spheres of life in Libyan society and increase the likelihood of accidents and disasters of all kinds, it has to be the application of the idea of Takaful insurance It has to be the application of the idea of Takaful insurance However, the Takaful insurance industry faces a range of problems and difficulties In this sense, it is necessary to know the factors that led to the weakness of the Takaful insurance sector in the Libyan market Insurance The problem lies in the study were asked the following main question,What are the most important factors affecting that led to the weakness of the Takaful insurance sector in the Libyan market for insurance? To achieve this objective in the field, the study assumed several hypotheses differences between external factors and internal factors and the weakness of the Takaful insurance sector in the Libyan market Insurance, The study of the results of the survey that there are several factors that lead to the weakening of the Takaful insurance sector in the Libyan market Insurance The results showed that there was a significant positive effect between the internal and external factors and the weakness of the Takaful insurance sector in the Libyan market Insurance It was found that there is a weakness in the insurance awareness among individuals and also weakness in the marketing of insurance services to the companies.
