     هدف البحث الحالي إلي التعرف علي الأسس النظرية للاتصال الإداري في المؤسسات التعليمية في الأدبيات المعاصرة, والتعرف علي واقع استخدام مديري مدارس الثانوية العامة مهارات الاتصال الإداري في تحسين جودة القرار التعليمي بمدارس الثانوية العامة في محافظة قنا, بالإضافة إلي تحديد معوقات تحسين جودة القرار التعليمي بالمدارس الثانوية العامة في ضوء مدخل الاتصال الإداري, وتحديد متطلبات تحسين جودة القرار التعليمي في ضوء مدخل الاتصال الإداري, واعتمد البحث الحالي علي المنهج الوصفي لمناسبته لطبيعة البحث, وقد استخدم البحث استبيان موجه لمديري مدارس التعليم الثانوي العام بمحافظة قنا والبالغ عددهم (47) مدير بمدارس التعليم الثانوي العام بمحافظة قنا, وقد توصل البحث إلي تصور مقترح يمكن من خلاله تحسين جودة القرار التعليمي بالمدارس الثانوية العامة في محافظة قنا في ضوء مدخل الاتصال الإداري.

Abstract:        The aim of the current research is to identify the theoretical foundations of administrative communication in educational institutions in the contemporary literature, and to identify the reality of the use of administrative communication skills by public secondary school principals in improving the quality of educational decision in public secondary schools in Qena Governorate, in addition to identifying obstacles to improving the quality of educational decision in secondary schools. The general public in light of the administrative communication approach, and determining the requirements for improving the quality of educational decision in the light of the administrative communication approach, and the current research relied on the descriptive approach for its relevance to the nature of the research. The research has come up with a proposed conception through which it is possible to improve the quality of the educational decision in public secondary schools in the governorate of Qena in the light of the administrative communication approach.
