يهدف البحث إلى التعرف على واقع الإدارة الإلكترونية لدى قيادات الهيئات الرياضية والشبابية بمحافظة الشرقية ، وقد استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي بالأسلوب المسحي نظراً لمناسبته لطبيعة إجراءات هذا البحث ، وقد قام الباحث بإختيار عينة البحث الكلية بالطريقة العشوائية وعددها (440) فرد ، وتم اختيار عدد (٤٠) فرد لإجراء الدراسة الإستطلاعية من مجتمع البحث وخارج العينة الأساسية بنسبة 9.09 % ، وبذلك تصبح عينة البحث الأساسية (400 ) فرد بنسبة 90.91 % ، وقد أسفرت النتائج إلى وجود علاقة إرتباطية بين محاور الإدارة الإلكترونية والإبداع الإدارى وجميعها دالة إحصائيًا بالهيئات الرياضية والشبابية بالشكل الذى يجعل استثماره يحقق الهدف المنشأ من أجله .
The research aims to identify the reality of electronic management among the leaders of sports and youth bodies in Sharkia Governorate. The researcher used the descriptive survey method due to its suitability to the nature of the procedures of this research. ) an individual to conduct the exploratory study from the research community and outside the basic sample at a rate of 9.09%, and thus the basic research sample becomes (400) individuals at a rate of 90.91%, and the results have resulted in a correlation between the axes of electronic management and administrative creativity, all of which are statistically significant in sports and youth bodies in a way that makes Its investment achieves the purpose for which it was established.
