يهدف البحث الراهن إلى التعرف علي دور رأس المال الاجتماعي لدي القيادات الريفية في تعزيز ثقافة التسامح لدي الريفين , ولتحقيق هدف البحث قام الباحث باستخدام أساليب التحليل الکمي والکيفي بتصميم استمارة استبيان علي نمط ليکرت وطبقها علي (200 مفردة من أرباب الأسر ) بقرية موشا التابعة لمدينة أسيوط، وبالاعتماد علي أداة دليل المقابلة، و منهج المسح الاجتماعي بالعينة توصل البحث إلي أن ما تملکه القيادات الشعبية الريفية من أرصدة رأس المال الاجتماعي يساهم في إرساء وتوطيد ثقافة التسامح وقيمه بالمجتمع؛ حيث جاءت نتائج تحليل معاملات الارتباط البسيطة بيرسون بنسبة 83,3% لتوضح أن هناک علاقات ارتباط طردية موجبة عند مستوي معنوية 1% بين ما تملکه القيادات الريفية من شبکة علاقات اجتماعية ومنظومة قيم ( کالثقة والشفافية والتعاون، والعمل من أجل الصالح العام ) الخاصة برأس المال الاجتماعي وبين الممارسات التي تتم داخل مجتمع البحث وتعزيز قيم التسامح،کما تبين أن هناک العديد من التحديات التي تحد من استخدام رأس المال الاجتماعي بصورة إيجابية في نشر قيم التسامح في الريف کالقبلية والتحيز والتفاوت الطبقي .
The current research aims to identify the role of social capital among rural leaders in promoting a culture of tolerance in rural areas. By relying on the interview guide tool, and the sample social survey method, the research concluded that the social capital assets owned by rural popular leaders contribute to the establishment and consolidation of the culture of tolerance and its values in society; Where the results of the analysis of Pearson's simple correlation coefficients of 83.3% came to show that there are positive direct correlation relationships at a significant level of 1% between what rural leaders own of a network of social relations and a value system (such as trust, transparency, cooperation, and work for the common good) related to capital. It also showed that there are many challenges that limit the use of social capital in a positive way in spreading the values of tolerance in the countryside, such as tribalism, prejudice and class disparity.
