هدفت الدراسة إلى تطوير ممارسات أکاديميات الشرکات بالمملکة العربية السعودية بالإفادة من خبرة ممارسات جامعات الشرکات بماليزيا، استخدمت الدراسة المنهج المقارن، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن هناک أوجه تشابه بين جامعات الشرکات الماليزية وأکاديميات الشرکات السعودية بکلا الدولتين من حيث مبررات النشأة، أهداف الجامعات، بعض معايير القبول، في حين يختلفان من حيث إدارة الجامعات، الخطط والبرامج الدراسية، ضمان الجودة، التقويم. وقدمت الدراسة بعض التوصيات للإفادة من خبرة جامعات الشرکات الماليزية من أبرزهافيما يتعلق بالأهداف أن يشارک الأکاديميون والمدربون العاملين بالجامعات في وضع الأهداف ومراجعتها، وفيما يتعلق بسياسات القبول ضرورة فتح المجال لغير السعوديين للانخراط بتلک البرامج ، وخاصة أبناء الکوادر الأجنبية التي تعمل في المؤسسات السعودية، وفيما يتعلق بالخطط والبرامج يتعين أن تکون البرامج حديثة ومتطورة يتطلبها سوق العمل السعودي، وفيما يتعلق بضمان الجودة يتعين تطبيق معايير الجودة المؤسسية والأکاديمية في ضوء اشتراطات هيئات الجودة السعودية، وفيما يتعلق بالتقويم، يتعين وضع مؤشرات لتقييم أداء الجامعة. Abstract The study aimed to develop corporate universities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia by benefiting from the experience of universities of Malaysian companies, the study used the comparative approach, and the study concluded that there are similarities between corporate universities in both countries in terms of justifications for establishment, goals of universities, some admission criteria, while they differ in terms of University administration, study plans and programs, quality assurance, and the study made some recommendations, most notably with regard to the goals that academics and trainers working in universities participate in setting and reviewing goals, and with regard to admission policies, the need to open the way for non-Saudis to engage in those programs, especially the children of foreign cadres working in Saudi institutions, and with regard to plans and programs, programs must be modern and advanced required by the Saudi labor market. With regard to quality assurance, institutional and academic quality standards must be applied in light of the requirements of Saudi quality bodies. With regard to evaluation, indicators must be developed to evaluate the performance of the university.
