الملخص العربى : للمناخ التنظيمي أهمية کبيرة في حياة المؤسسات التربوية وتظهر الأهمية بوضوح من خلال تأثيرها المباشر وغير المباشر في العديد من الأبعاد التنظيمية مثل أسلوب القيادة والسياسات التنظيمية وخصائص العاملين وأدائهم الوظيفي وطبيعة العمل داخل المؤسسة. ويهدف البحث إلى التعرف على الإطار المفاهيمي للمناخ التنظيمي. والتعرف على تأثير المناخ التنظيمي على المؤسسات التعليمية، والتوصل إلى آليات تحسين المناخ التنظيمي بمؤسسات التعليم قبل الجامعي بدولة الکويت. منهج البحث اعتمد البحث على المنهج الوصفي. نتائج البحث توصل البحث إلى آليات تحسين المناخ التنظيمي بمؤسسات التعليم قبل الجامعي بمحافظة مبارک الکبير التعليمية بدولة الکويت، في الآتي: - توفير وسائل اتصال فعالة ومباشرة بين العاملين وأولياء الأمور - فاعلية نظام الاتصالات لتحقيق تبادل المعلومات ونشرها - الحرص على تواجد الثقة المتبادلة بين العاملين والإدارة والتي تُساعد على الأداء المتميز - حرية الاتصال وتبادل المعلومات بين العاملين - توزيع المهام والمسؤوليات في بداية العام - إشعار العاملين بالراحة النفسية في أثناء تأديتهم أعمالهم - استناد عملية الترقية إلى معيار التميز في العمل والکفاءة في الأداء - النظر إلى الأخطاء على أنها فرص للتعلم - تقييم الأداء بشکل معلن للجميع - تقييم الأداء على أسس موضوعية الملخص الانجليزى : There is a great importance for organizational climate in life of educational organizations, this importance clearly manifests through its direct effect and in direct in several organizational dimensions as, leadership style, organizational policies, attributes of employees, their working performance and the nature of work inside the organization. This research aims to recognize the conceptual frame work for organizational climate, recognize the effect of organization climate on educational institutions, reaching at mechanisms of improving the organizational climate in pre-university institutions in Kuwait. Study methodology: The study based on descriptive approach. Results of the study: The study reached a mechanisms to improve the organizational climate in pre-university institutions in Mubarak El Kebeer in Kuwait as following: - Provision of effective and direct means among the employees and parents. - Efficiency of communication system to achieve exchange of information. - Ensuring mutual trust between employees and management which helps in excellent performance. - Freedom of communication and exchanging information among employees. - Dividing tasks and responsiplities in the beginning of year. - Notify staff of psychological comfort during their work. - Promotion based on criteria of excellence and efficiency. - Viewing errors as opportunities for learning. - Evaluating performance publicly for everyone. - Evaluating performance objectively.
