هدف البحث رصد واقع استخدام بحوث الفعل فى التنمية المهنية المستدامة لمعلمى الحلقة الأولى من التعليم الأساسى بمحافظة الدقهلية، وتحديد أبرز المقترحات لتفعيل استخدام بحوث الفعل فى التنمية المهنية المستدامة لمعلمى الحلقة الأولى من التعليم الأساسى بمحافظة الدقهلية ، واستخدم البحث المنهج الوصفى، وتم تطبيق الاستبانة على عينة مکونة من (701) من معلمى الحلقة الأولى من التعليم الأساسى بمحافظة الدقهلية ، وانتهى البحث إلى صياغة مجموعة من المقترحات لتفعيل استخدام بحوث الفعل فى التنمية المهنية المستدامة لمعلمى الحلقة الأولى من التعليم الأساسى بمحافظة الدقهلية، منها: تشجيع المعلمين على الالتحاق ببرامج الدراسات العليا ، وتوفير ظروف العمل، والمناخ المدرسي الداعمين لذلک، وتزويد المکتبة المدرسية بالدوريات العربية ، وغير العربية التي تزيد من الرصيد المعرفي لدى المعلمين، وتشجيع المعلمين ، وتکليفهم حضور الندوات ، واللقاءات ، وحلقات النقاش ، والمؤتمرات التي تعقدها کليات التربية ، ومرکز البحوث التربوية ؛ لإثراء معارفهم.

The aim of the research is to identify the reality of using action research in sustainable professional development for teachers of the first stage of basic education in Dakahlia Governorate, and to identify the most prominent proposals to activate the use of action research in sustainable professional development for teachers of the first stage of basic education in Dakahlia Governorate, and the research used the descriptive method, and the questionnaire was applied to a sample Consists of (701) teachers of the first stage of basic education in Dakahlia Governorate, and the research ended with the formulation of a set of proposals to activate the use of action research in sustainable professional development for teachers of the first stage of basic education in Dakahlia Governorate, including: Encouraging teachers to enroll in graduate studies programs, and providing Working conditions and the school climate that support this, providing the school library with Arabic and non-Arab periodicals that increase the knowledge balance of teachers, encouraging teachers, and assigning them to attend seminars, meetings, discussion panels, and conferences held by the Faculties of Education and the Center for Educational Research; To enrich their knowledge.
