هدف البحث إلى التعرف على مدى تمکن الطالبات المعلمات من إدارة الوقت، ومضيعاته داخل الروضة. وتکونت عينة البحث من (168) طالبة واستخدم المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وطبقت الباحثة استبيان إدارة الوقت ومضيعاته علي الطالبات المعلمات (إعداد الباحثة) وتوصلت إلى النتائج التالية:
امتلاک الطالبات المعلمات أساسيات إدارة الوقت (التخطيط والتنفيذ) بدرجة متوسطة، وأن أبرز مضيعات الوقت لدى الطالبات المعلمات تمثلت في استخدامها للموبايل وتصفحها المواقع الالکترونية، وتناولها المشروبات، والوجبة الغذائية داخل الروضة. وأوصي البحث بتدريب الطالبات المعلمات على أساسيات إدارة الوقت، وإدخال مقرر إدارة الوقت ضمن المقررات الأساسية التي تدرسها الطالبة في الجامعة، تجنب الطالبة المعلمة مضيعات الوقت المختلفة.

The research aims to identify the extent to which female-teacher students are able to manage the time and its wasters within kindergarten. The study sample consisted of (168) students and used descriptive analytical method. The researcher applied the time management and its wasters questionnaire on female-teacher students (the researcher's preparation), the researcher got the following results:
- The students possess the basics of time management (planning and implementation) with a medium degree.
- The most prominent causes of time waste, were using mobile phones, browsing the websites and having drinks and meals in the kindergarten .
The study recommends that, female-teacher students must subject to some trainings on the time management basics, as well as, how to avoid different causes of time waste. In addition, providing the time management courses into the undergraduate courses taught by the student at the university.
