Abstract

It has become necessary for tourism and hotel establishments to integrate within modern methods in order to reach the maximum possible satisfaction of consumers, and this can only be achieved by combining digital marketing in light of the existing stakes. It helps in achieving the principle of sustainability for the services provided and helps in their continuity for future generations; this research derives its importance by highlighting the importance of moving from traditional to digital marketing in the tourism and hospitality industry and how to achieve this. The descriptive analytical approach was adopted through the recognized scientific methods followed through reference and field studies, and the field study formed a group of tourism companies and a number of five stars hotels in Luxor and Aswan. The research concluded with a set of theoretical conclusions, which confirmed that digital marketing is one of the modern and necessary methods to support innovation and achieve the principle of sustainability for the services provided. The major important recommendations came about the need to pay more attention to digital marketing by tourism and hotel establishments, as it is an important and prominent element in their marketing operations, in addition to the need to focus and focus digital marketing around the guest, and work to raise awareness about its role in the sustainability of tourism and hospitality services.
