المستخلص: هدف البحث الحالي إلي تحديد آليات لتفعيل دور المشاركة المجتمعية في تطوير مؤسسات تربية طفل ما قبل المدرسة من خلال التعرف علي الاسس النظرية لمفهوم المشاركة المجتمعية, والتعرف علي واقع المشاركة المجتمعية في مؤسسات تربية طفل ما قبل المدرسة, وتحديد معوقات تفعيل المشاركة المجتمعية في مؤسسات تربية طفل ما قبل المدرسة, واستخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي لمناسبته لموضوع البحث , وتوصل البحث إلى مجموعة من النتائج من اهمها: توجد بعض المعوقات الي تحول دون تفعيل المشاركة المجتمعية في مؤسسات تربية طفل ما قبل المدرسة مثل: ضعف وعي أولياء الامور ومؤسسات المجتمع المحلي بأهمية مؤسسات تربية طفل ما قبل المدرسة, وضعف مهارات وقدرات العاملين علي مؤسسات تربية طفل ما قبل المدرسة في تفعيل المشاركة المجتمعية, ومحدودية مشاركة مؤسسات المجتمع المحلي والقطاع القطاع الخاص في تطوير مؤسسات تربية طفل ما قبل المدرسة, وتوصل البحث إلى مجموعة من آليات تفعيل المشاركة المجتمعية من أهمها: ضرورة مشاركة المجتمع المدني في توفير الموارد اللازمة لجودة التعليم في مؤسسات تربية طفل ما قبل المدرسة, وأهمية الدور الكبير لمؤسسات الدولة في التوعية بأهمية تربية طفل ما قبل المدرسة مثل الإعلام, توقع برتوكولات تعاون بين القطاع الخاص ومؤسسات المجتمع المدني ومؤسسات تربية طفل ما قبل المدرسة. Abstract the current research aimed to identify mechanisms to activate the role of community participation in developing institutions of pre-school child by identifying the theoretical foundations of the concept of community participation, identifying the reality of community participation in institutions of pre-school child, and identifying obstacles to activating community participation in institutions of a child Preschool, and the research used the descriptive approach to suit the topic of the research, and the research reached a set of results, the most important of which are: There are some obstacles that prevent the activation of community participation in institutions of pre-school child, such as: the lack of awareness of parents and local community institutions of the importance of institutions of pre-school child, the weakness of the skills and abilities of the workers at the institutions of pre-school child in activating community participation, and the limited participation of local community institutions and the private sector in developing institutions of pre-school child, and the research reached a set of mechanisms to activate community participation, the most important of which are: the need for participation Civil society in providing the necessary resources for the quality of education in institutions of pre-school child, and the importance of the great role of state institutions in raising awareness of the importance of education Preschool children, like the media, sign cooperation protocols between the private sector, civil society organizations and preschool institutions.
