يهدف البحث الحالي إلي تطبيق مدخل الأداء المتوازن بمؤسسات رياض الأطفال بمحافظة الفيوم وذلك من خلال عرض ماهية مدخل الأداء المتوازن من حيث مفهومه ،اهميته، أهدافه، ابعاده ( البعد المالي ، بعد العمليات الداخلية ، بعد التعلم والنمو وبعد العملاء المستفيدين ) وخطواته ومعوقات تطبيق مدخل الأداء المتوازن ومتطلبات تطبيق مدخل الأداء المتوازن فى إدارة مؤسسات رياض الأطفال واستخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي لملائمته لدراسة المشكلات التربوية واستخدم البحث استبانة كأداة للتعرف علي اَراء عينة الدراسة حول واقع مؤسسات رياض الأطفال بمحافظة الفيوم علي ضوء مدخل الأداء المتوازن وتكونت عينة الدراسة من 139 فرد من مديرين ،مشرفين ،معلمات وموجهات ومن خلال الإطار النظري والميداني للبحث ومن خلال الدراسات السابقة تم التوصل إلي مجموعة من المتطلبات لتطبيق مدخل الأداء المتوازن بمؤسسات رياض الأطفال وهي : ربط قياس الأداء المتوازن بنظام المكافآت والحوافز ونظام المحاسبية علي اساس مدي تحقيق الميزة التنافسية ، نشر مفاهيم مدخل الأداء المتوازن داخل مؤسسات رياض الأطفال كأحد الأساليب والأدوات الحديثة لتطوير وتقييم الأداء  من أهم النتائج التي توصل لها البحث  تطبيق مدخل الأداء المتوازن يساعد مؤسسات رياض الأطفال في ترجمة رسالتها وتحقيق أهدافها

The current research aims to apply the balanced performance approach in kindergarten institutions in Fayoum Governorate, by presenting what the balanced performance approach is in terms of its concept, importance, objectives, and dimensions (financial dimension, internal operations, learning and growth and beneficiary clients) and its steps and obstacles to applying the performance approach The balanced performance approach and the requirements for applying the balanced performance approach in the management of kindergarten institutions. parameters and directives,Through previous studies, a set of requirements were reached for the application of the balanced performance approach in kindergarten institutions, which are: linking balanced performance measurement to the rewards and incentives system and the accounting system based on the extent of achieving competitive advantage, spreading the concepts of the balanced performance entrance within kindergarten institutions as one of the modern methods and tools for developing and evaluating Performance One of the most important findings of the research is the application of a balanced performance approach that helps kindergarten institutions in translating their mission and achieving their goals.
