هدف البحث: يهدف البحث للتعرف على الإطار النظري للقدرة المؤسسية مع دراسة واقع مرحلة التعليم الأساسي، وعرض وتحليل مجال القدرة المؤسسية في مرحلة التعليم الأساسي بمحافظة الفيوم من وجهة نظر عينة الدراسة، ثم التوصل الى توصيات لتفعيل تطبيق مجال القدرة المؤسسية، واستخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي.
نتائج البحث: اتفق أفراد العينة على:
-     أهمية تفعيل دور المعلم في حل مشکلات المجتمع.
-     ضرورة اتباع الإدارة نظاماً لقياس مدى تقدم المتعلمين.
-     ضعف تناسب مساحات وتجهيزات الفناء مع أعداد وخصائص المتعلمين.
-      قلة توفير المدرسة خدمات لذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة.

Title of The research:Institutional Capacity in the basic education stage in Fayoum Governorate
Aimsof The research:The research aims to identify the theoretical framework of  institutional capacity with the study institutional capacity in the stage of basic education in Fayoum Governorate from the point of view of the study sample, and then to reach recommendations to activate the application of institutionalcapacityfield ,The research used the descriptive method.

-   The importance of activating the role of the teacher in solving theproblemsofsociety.
-   Management should follow a system to measure the progress of learners.
-   Poor fit spaces and equipment of the yard with the numbers and characteristics of learners.
-   Lack of school provision for people with specialneeds.
