يهدف البحث إلي وضع رؤية مقترحة لتطوير بناء القدرات المؤسسية فى تحقيق التنمية المستدامة بالمؤسسات الرياضية ، إستخدم الباحثان المنهج الوصفى بإسلوب " الدراسات المسحية " ، دراسات العلاقات المتبادلة ، ذلك لملائمته لتحقيق هدف البحث ومناسبته لطبيعة إجراءاته .
يتمثل مجتمع البحث فى العاملين بالمؤسسات الرياضية المختلفة قيد الدراسة بجمهورية مصر العربية والمتمثلة فى (وزارة الشباب والرياضة ، اللجنة الأوليمبية ، الإتحادات الرياضية ، الأندية الرياضية) ، وتم إختيار عينة البحث بالطريقة الطبقية العشوائية من جميع المؤسسات الرياضية أما بالنسبة للأندية الرياضية تم تقسيم تلك الأندية بجمهورية مصر العربية إلى (7) سبعة قطاعات (أقاليم جغرافية) وتم إختيار محافظة واحدة لتمثل كل إقليم ، وبلغت عينة البحث (200) مائتان فرداً ، وقد قام الباحثان بإختيار عدد (25) فرداً ومن خارج عينة البحث الأصلية للعينة الإستطلاعية .
إستخدم الباحثان عدد (3) إستبيان الأول يهدف إلى التعرف على واقع بناء القدرات المؤسسية بالمؤسسات الرياضية ، والثانى يهدف إلى التعرف على واقع التنمية المستدامة بالمؤسسات الرياضية ، والثالث يهدف إلى التعرف على متطلبات تطبيق بناء القدرات المؤسسية فى تحقيق التنمية المستدامة بالمؤسسات الرياضية وجميعهم مـــــــن (إعداد الباحثان) .
وكانت مـــــــن أهــــــم النتائج ضعف مستوى وواقع بناء القدرات المؤسسية بالمؤسسات الرياضية ، ضعف واقع التنمية المستدامة بالمؤسسات الرياضية ، وجود علاقة إرتباطيه طردية دالة إحصائياً بين تطوير بناء القدرات المؤسسية وبين التنمية المستدامة بالمؤسسات الرياضية ، التوصل إلى مجموعة من المتطلبات اللازمة لتطوير بناء القدرات المؤسسية فى تحقيق التنمية المستدامة بالمؤسسات الرياضية ، تقديم رؤية مقترحة يمكن تطبيقها لتطوير بناء القدرات المؤسسية فى تحقيق التنمية المستدامة بالمؤسسات الرياضية .
وكان من أهم التوصيات تبنى تطبيق الرؤية المقترحة لتطوير بناء القدرات المؤسسية فى تحقيق التنمية المستدامة بالمؤسسات الرياضية ، مراعاة كافة المؤسسات والهيئات الرياضية بوضع أهدافها بما يتوافق مع رؤية مصر (2030) والسعى نحو تحقيق أهدافها التنموية .
The research aims to develop a proposed vision for the development of institutional he researchers used the descriptive approach in the manner of "survey studies", interrelationship studies, for its suitability to achieve the goal of the research and its relevance to the nature of its procedures .
The research community is represented in the employees of the various sports institutions under study in the Arab Republic of Egypt, which are represented in (Ministry of Youth and Sports, Olympic Committee, sports federations, sports clubs), and the research sample was chosen by stratified random method from all sports institutions. As for the sports clubs, those clubs were divided in the Republic of Egypt. Arab Egypt has been divided into (7) seven sectors (geographical regions) and one governorate was chosen to represent each region, and the research sample amounted to (200) two hundred individuals, and the researchers chose (25) individuals from outside the original research sample for the exploratory sample .
The researchers used a number (3) questionnaire, the first aims to identify the reality of institutional capacity building in sports institutions, the second aims to identify the reality of sustainable development in sports institutions, and the third aims to identify the requirements for the application of institutional capacity building in achieving sustainable development in sports institutions, all of them (prepared by (prepared by the two researchers) .
Among the most important results were the weak level and reality of institutional capacity building in sports institutions, the weakness of the reality of sustainable development in sports institutions, the existence of a direct, statistically significant correlation between the development of institutional capacity building and sustainable development in sports institutions, reaching a set of requirements for the development of institutional capacity building in achieving development. Sustainable sports institutions, to present a proposed vision that can be applied to develop institutional capacity building in achieving sustainable development in sports institutions .
One of the most important recommendations was to adopt the implementation of the proposed vision for the development of institutional capacity building in achieving sustainable development in sports institutions, taking into account all sports institutions and bodies by setting their goals in line with Egypt's vision (2030) and seeking to achieve its development goals .
