Abstract

The paper presents a new approach for designing Dentralized Controllers for linear dynamic systems. In this approach, sufficient conditions for suboptimal decentralized control are decided by the aid of using Modified Bellman-Lyapunoff Equation, with quadratic form for the performance index under optimization,
