يهدف هذا البحث الى التعرف على تأثير برنامج العاب ترويحية في تحسين مستوى أداء المهارات الأساسية للمبتدئين فى السباحة لدى العينة قيد البحث ، وتم اختيار عينة البحث بالطريقة العمدية وقوامها (32) مبتدئ مسجلين بسجلات النادي والاتحاد المصري للسباحة ، وتم إجراء الدراسة الاستطلاعية علي عينة قوامها (5) مبتدئين، وتم اختيار (20) مبتدئ لعينة البحث الأساسية ، وقد استخدم الباحثون المنهج التجريبي وذلک لمناسبته لطبيعة البحث، ثم قامت الباحثون بتنظيم البيانات تمهيدا للمعالجات الإحصائية، وبعد المعالجة الإحصائية للبيانات، تم استنتاج أن معدل التغير بين القياسين القبلي والبعدي للمجموعة التجريبية في القياسات المهارية قيد البحث قد انحصرت ما بين 12,8%، 82,7% ، يوصى الباحثون بالاستفادة من تطبيق برنامج العاب الترويحية على مراحل سنية مختلفة من مبتدئين السباحة.This research is intended to know the effect of the proposed play program for the purpose of improving the level of performance of the initial skills of beginners in swimmers in the sample under review.
