هدف البحث الحالي إلى التعرف إلى واقع أداء مديري المدارس الثانوية العامة بمحافظة المنوفية من وجهة نظر المعلمين ، وكذلك سبل تطوير أداء مديري المدارس الثانوية العامة بمحافظة المنوفية في ضوء مدخل قيادة المحيط الأزرق من وجهة نظر المعلمين ، ولتحقيق ذلك تم إعداد استبانة تم توجيهها للمعلمين للتعرف على واقع أداء مديري المدارس ، وكذلك سبل تطوير أدائهم في ضوء مدخل قيادة المحيط الأزرق ، وقد تكونت عينة البحث من (430) معلم ومعلمة، وقد تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي ، وقد توصلت نتائج البحث إلى أن واقع أداء مديري المدارس الثانوية العامة من وجهة نظر المعلمين جاء بدرجة متوسطة ، وأن هناك العديد من السبل الواجب اتباعها لتطوير أداء مديري المدارس الثانوية العامة في ضوء مدخل قيادة المحيط الأزرق مثل : نشر الوعي بأهمية تطبيق قيادة المحيط الأزرق ، توفير المتطلبات المادية والكوادر البشرية لتلبية احتياجات تطبيق قيادة المحيط الأزرق. كما توصلت نتائج البحث إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة احصائية بين متوسطات استجابات أفراد العينة حول واقع أداء مديري المدارس الثانوية العامة بمحافظة المنوفية من وجهة نظر المعلمين، وكذلك سبل تطوير أداء مديري المدارس الثانوية العامة في ضوء مدخل قيادة المحيط الأزرق تعزي لمتغيري كلا من: النوع، المؤهل العلمي، وقد أوصى البحث بمجموعة من التوصيات أبرزها: العمل على ايجاد ثقافة مشجعة وداعمة لتطبيق قيادة المحيط الأزرق، خلق وابتكار القيمة لكافة ممارسات المدرسة.
The aim of the current research is to identify the reality of the performance of general secondary school principals in Menoufia Governorate from the teachers' point of view, as well as ways to develop the performance of principals of General Secondary Schools in Menoufia Governorate in light of the approach of the Blue Ocean Leadership from the teachers' point of view, and to achieve this questionnaire was prepared that was directed to teachers to identify the reality of the performance of school principals. The research sample consisted of (430) male and female teachers, and the descriptive approach was used. There are many ways to be followed to develop the performance of General Secondary School principals in light of Blue Ocean Leadership approach, such as: Spreading awareness of the importance of implementing Blue Ocean Leadership ,providing material requirements and human cadres to meet the needs of implementing Blue Ocean Leadership The results of the research also found that there were no statistically significant difference between the average responses of the sample members about the reality of the performance of General Secondary School principals in Menoufia Governorate from the teachers 'point of views ,as well as to develop the performance of General Secondary School principals in light of the Blue Ocean Leadership due to the two variables: gender ,qualification scientific . The research recommended a set of recommendations, most notably; Working to find an encouraging and supportive culture for the application of Blue Ocean Leadership, creating and creating value for all school practices.
