يهدف البحث إلى تعرف مدى فاعلية برنامج مقترح قائم على النظرية الإنسانية لتنمية مهارات التفاعل الصفى وقياس الأداء التدريسي لدى الطالب معلم الفلسفة وعلم النفس بكلية التربية جامعة حلوان، وقد تطلب البحث قيام الباحث بإعداد دليل معلم المعلم وكتاب الطالب المعلم، وإعداد أداتي البحث وهما اختبار التفاعل الصفى وبطاقة التقييم الذاتي للأداء التدريسى ، وقد شملت عينة البحث (32) طالباً معلماً بالفرقة الثالثة شعبتى فلسفة وعلم النفس. وقد أظهرت نتائج البحث فاعلية البرنامج المقترح القائم على النظرية الإنسانية لتنمية مهارات التفاعل الصفى و الأداء التدريسي  لدى الطالب معلم الفلسفة وعلم النفس بكلية التربية جامعة حلوان.
     The research aims to know the effectiveness of a suggested programme based on human theory for developing classroom interaction skills and measuring teaching performance for the Student-Teacher of philosophy and psychology, at the Faculty of Education, Helwan University. And a self-evaluation card for teaching performance. The research sample included (32) teacher students in the third year in the two divisions of philosophy and psychology. The results of the research showed the effectiveness of the suggested programme based on the humanistic theory for developing classroom interaction skills and teaching performance for the Student-Teacher of philosophy and psychology, at the Faculty of Education, Helwan University.
