هدف البحث الحالي إلي الکشف عن القيمة التنبؤية بين ما وراء الذاکرة والتحصيل الدراسي لدى تلاميذ المرحلة الابتدائية کما هدف إلي الکشف عن الفروق بين الذکور والإناث في کل من ما وراء الذاکرة والتحصيل الدراسي, وتکونت عينة الدراسة من( 140) تلميذ وتلميذة من تلاميذ المرحلة الابتدائية بالصف( الخامس والسادس), واستخدمت الباحثة اختبار ما وراء الذاکرة( إعداد/ الباحثة), وأوضحت النتائج وجود علاقة ارتباطية دالة إحصائيًا عند مستوي0,01 بين أبعاد ما وراء الذاکرة( الوعي- التشخيص- المراقبة) والدرجة الکلية والتحصيل الدراسي, وجود قيمة تنبؤية عالية لما وراء الذاکرة بالتحصيل الدراسي, ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوي 0,01 بين درجات الذکور والإناث لصالح الإناث في ما وراء الذاکرة بأبعادها( الوعي والمراقبة) ما عدا بعد التشخيص عند مستوي دلالة 0,05.
This Research aimed to uncovering the Predictive value with meta-memory and achievement for primary school student, and also aimed to identify the differences between males and females in meta- memory and achievement. The research sample consisted of(140) males and females primary school students in the fifth and sixth grades. The researcher used the meta- memory scale (prepared by the researcher). The results showed there is a significance correlation at 0,01 between meta-memory and achievement for primary school student in( awareness- diagnostic- monitoring),There is high predictive value with meta- memory with achievement, there is statistically significant differences at 0,01 between males and females in meta- memory scale in(awareness and monitoring), except diagnostic in 0,05, and the differences  favor to the females.
