يهدف هذا البحث إلي إستکشاف بعض المقاربات النظرية التي تعيد تخيل قضايا إصلاح التعليم من منظور نقدي، تلک التي أصبحت تؤخذ کمسلمات في إطار إتجاهات إصلاح التعليم وصياغة أهدافه، حيث تؤطر هذه المقاربات النظرية أربعة من المفاهيم التي ترتبط إرتباطا وثيقاً بحقل التعليم؛ وهي: مفهوم التعليم ومفهوم القدرة علي التعلم في إطار مقاربة "إمارتيا صن"، ومفهوم المنهج وعلاقته بالمعرفة القوية من منظور الواقعية الاجتماعية، ومفهوم المهنية في سياق مهنة التعليم. وتستهدف العولمة النيوليبرالية المهيمنة علي حرکة إصلاح التعليم العالمية إلي إخضاع هذه المفاهيم للنزعة الأدائية (مثل: مفهومي المنهج الدارسي والمهنية)، أو تحويلها لمسلمات (مثل: مفهوم المعرفة)، أو تختزلها (مثل: مفهوم القدرة).
This research aims at exploring some of the critical theoretical approaches which reimagine the educational reform issues that have been taken for granted in the context of education reform policies and the formulation of educational objectives. These theoretical approaches frame three concepts that are closely related to the field of education: The Capability Approach, Curriculum and Powerful Knowledge and Professionalism and Teaching Profession. Neoliberal globalization which dominates the global educational reform movement, aims at subjecting these concepts to performativity (e.g. concepts of curriculum professionalism), or taking them for granted (such as: knowledge), or reducing them (e.g. concept of capability).
