Abstract

يهدف البحث الحالي إلى التعرف على الأسس النظرية لإستراتيجية کايزن للتحسين المستمر کفلسفة إدارية تتبناها المدارس الثانوية العامة فى مصر ، وتحديد ملامح تطبيق إستراتيجية کايزن فيها، و رصد واقع المدارس  الثانوية  العامة في مصر، ثم تحديد متطلبات تطبيق إستراتيجية کايزن للتحسين المستمر لتطوير أداء المدارس الثانوية فى مصر، واستخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي، وتوصل البحث إلى أهمية تحقيق خطوات إجرائية ضرورية عند إجراء أنشطة إستراتيجية کايزن للتحسين المستمر، ومنها دراسة إمکانية تطبيق إستراتيجيات کايزن ، وتحديد مديري المدارس الثانوية العامة لمؤشرات محددة من المعايير الفنية للمؤسسة، و فهم الأهداف التنظيمية، وکذلک مشارکة المدرسة  والعاملين ودعمهم 
The current research aims to identify the theoretical foundations of the Kaizen's Methodology of continuous improvement as an administrative philosophy adopted by the general secondary schools in Egypt, and to define the features of the application of the Kaizen's Methodology in it, and to monitor the reality of public secondary schools in Egypt, then define the requirements for the application of the Kaizen's Methodology for continuous improvement to develop the performance of secondary schools in Egypt, the research used the descriptive method, and the research reached the importance of achieving necessary procedural steps when conducting activities of the Kaizen's Methodology for continuous improvement, including studying the possibility of applying Kaizen's strategies, identifying general secondary school principals for specific indicators of  the unit's technical standards, understanding organizational goals, as well as sharing Schools , staff Participation and  supporting them .
