محددات التوازن الاسرى کما تدرکها الزوجة وعلاقتها بالمهارات الادارية





 





يهدف البحث إلى دراسة دراسة محددات التوازن الاسرى کما تدرکها الزوجة وعلاقتها بالمهارات الإدارية وتکونت عينة الدراسة الأساسية من (240) ربة أسرة تم إختيارهن بطريقة عشوائية من العاملات وغير العاملات وممن لديهن أبناء، ومن مستويات إقتصادية وإجتماعية مختلفة من المقيمات بمحافظة القاهرة الکبرى (الجيزة والقاهرة) ، وإشتملت أدوات البحث على إستمارة البيانات العامة، مقياس إدراک الزوجة لمحددات التوازن الاسرى، ومقياس المهارات الإدارية (إعداد الباحثه)، وإتبع البحث المنهج الوصفى التحليلى.
وتوصلت نتائج البحث إلى أن المحددات الاجتماعية تأتى فى المرکز الأول کأکثر محددات التوازن الاسرى أهمية  ، کما تأتى  مهارة إدارة الضغوط والأزمات في المرکز الأول لمدى وعى ربات أسر عينة البحث بالمهارات الإدارية ، کما أکدت النتائج على وجود فروق  داله إحصائياً فى کل من ادراک الزوجات لمحددات التوازن الاسرى و بالمهارات الإدارية لديهن بإختلاف المتغيرات الديموجرافية المتمثلة فى مدة الزواج لصالح مدة الزواج الأکبر ، والمستوى التعليمى لربة الاسرة  لصالح المستوى الأعلى ، وعمل ربة الأسرة لصالح العاملات ، وعدد أفراد الاسرة الأقل ، ومتوسط الدخل الشهرى لصالح الدخل المرتفع ، ووضحت النتائج وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة بين کل من محاور محددات التوازن الاسرى والمحددات ککل ومحاورالمهارات الإدارية والمهارات ککل  للزوجات عينة البحث عند مستوى دلالة(0,01)  و (0,05).
 وقد خرجت الدراسة الحالية بإستراتيجية مقترحة لإدارة التوازن الاسرى وأوصت بضرورة الاستفادة منها وتطبيقها في الجامعات ووزاره التعليم العالى وتضمين المهارات الادارية داخل المناهج الدراسية وکذلک ضرورة إجراء المزيد من الدراسات في إدارة التوازن الاسرى کونه أحد الاتجاهات الحديثة في التنمية.
 Abstract
Determinants of family balance as perceived by the wife and its relationship to administrative skills
 
The research aims to study the study of the determinants of family balance as perceived by the wife and its relationship to administrative skills. The basic study sample consisted of (240) female heads of household who were randomly selected(  from working and non-working women and those who have children, and from different economic and social levels of residents in the Greater Cairo Governorate (Giza and Cairo) The research tools included the general data form, the wife's perception scale of the determinants of family balance, and the administrative skills scale (prepared by the researcher), and the research followed the descriptive analytical method..
 
The results of the research concluded that the social determinants come in the first place as the most important determinants of family balance, and the skill of managing stress and crises comes in the first place for the extent of awareness of the heads of the families of the research sample in the administrative skills, and the results also confirmed the existence of statistically significant differences in each of the wives' awareness of the determinants of balance. The families and the wives' awareness of administrative skills according to the different demographic variables represented in the duration of marriage in favor of the largest marriage period, the educational level of the head of the family in favor of the higher level, the work of the head of the family in favor of female workers, the number of fewer family members, and the average monthly income in favor of the higher income.
And the results showed that there is a positive correlation between each of the axes of the determinants of family balance and the determinants as a whole and the axes of administrative skills and skills as a whole for the wives of the research sample at the level of significance (0.01) and (0.05).
 The current study came out with a proposed strategy for managing family balance and recommended the need to take advantage of it and apply it in universities and the Ministry of Higher Education and to include administrative skills within the school curricula, as well as the need to conduct more studies in managing family balance as it is one of the modern trends in development.
