ملخص البحث: ان استخدام التدريب العملي او الالکتروني اکثر فاعليه من طريقه الالقاء التدريب التقليدي او مشاهده شخص اخر يقوم بعمليه البحث امام المتدربين حيث ان طريقه البحث عن المعلومات تستخدم وحدات عمل متعددة لتدريب الطلاب في الجامعات على استخدام مصادر المعلومات. وأجريت هذه الدراسة علي عينة من اعضاء هيئة التدريس والهيئة المعاونة بکلية الخدمة الاجتماعية جامعة الفيوم ، وتمثل حجم مجتمع البحث في (62 عضو هيئة تدريس وهيئة معاونة) وقد استندت الباحثة في هذه الدراسة علي استمارة قياس لمبررات استخدام التدريب الميداني الالکتروني في الخدمة الاجتماعية ، واتضح من نتائج الدراسة العديد من المبررات لاستخدام التدريب لالکتروني في الخدمة الاجتماعية، حيث جاء ترتيب مبررات استخدام التدريب الميداني الالکتروني في الخدمة الاجتماعية ومن الوزن المرجح والقوه النسبية على النحو التالى:- جاء البعد الأول : المبررات الخاصة بطبيعة التدريب الالکتروني، في الترتيب الثاني بمتوسط مرجح (154.0)، وقوة نسبية (82.8٪)، کما جاء البعد الثاني: المبررات الخاصة بعضو هيئة التدريس، في الترتيب الأول بمتوسط مرجح (156.8)، وقوة نسبية (84.3٪)، بينما جاء البعد الثالث: المبررات الخاصة بالطالب، في الترتيب الثالث بمتوسط مرجح (145.8)، وقوة نسبية (78.4٪). الکلمات المفتاحية: التدريب الإلکتروني ، التحول الرقمي ، الخدمة الاجتماعية                 Abstract: The use of practical or electronic training is more effective than the traditional training method or watching another person perform the research process in front of the trainees, as the method of searching for information uses multiple work units to train students in universities to use information sources. This study was conducted on a sample of faculty members and the supporting staff at the Faculty of Social Work, Fayoum University, and it represented the size of the research community in (62 faculty members and assistant staff). It became clear from the results of the study many justifications for the use of electronic training in social work, where the order of justifications for the use of electronic field training in social work and the weight and relative strength as follows:- The first dimension: justifications related to the nature of e-training, came in the second rank with a weighted average (154.0) and relative strength (82.8%), and the second dimension: the justifications for the faculty member, came in the first rank with a weighted average (156.8) and relative strength (84.3). %), while the third dimension: the student's justifications came in third place with a weighted average (145.8) and relative strength (78.4%).
