يجب الاحتفاظ بالوثائق لاستخدامها من قبل الأجيال الحالية والمستقبلية ،وأن خدمات الإتاحة تقوم بربط الوثائق بالمستفيدين ، فهى توفر المعلومات للمستفيدين حول الجهات المختلفة ومقتنياتها ، کما أنها تؤثر غلي ثقة المستفيدين فى المسؤولين عن حماية المؤسسة . ويتناول هذا البحث الإتاحة من حيث : تعريفها، مبادئها، أهميَّتها، الأُسس والمبادئ العامة للإتاحة وفقًا لما حدَّدته المعايير الدَّوليَّة، کما تناول أيضًا المعايير الدَّوليَّة الخاصَّة بالإتاحة، ثمَّ قامتِ الدِّراسة بتحليل ووصف الواقع العملي لإتاحة الوثائق والملفَّات في کلِّ إدارة من إدارات محکمة الأُسرة، وتقديم مقترحات للتطوير والتغلُّب على المشکلات الخاصَّة بالإتاحة داخل محکمة الأُسرة وفقًا للمعايير العلميَّة. This studying deals with availability and Access :its definition, principles, importance, basis and general principles of accessibility as defined by international standards. The study analyzed and described the practical reality of making documents and files in terms of their availability in each department of the Family Court and presenting proposals for development and overcoming all related problems in accordance with all scientific standards.
