Abstract

يهدف البحث الراهن إلى التعرف على المداخل النظرية في دراسة القيادة التنظيمية، حيث تعد القيادة التنظيمية ذات أهمية خاصة في الوقت الحاضر، وتشکل توجهًا جديدًا في التنظيمات المعاصرة ، فقد شهدت جميع التنظيمات تصارعًا وتغيرات کبيرة في السنوات الأخيرة، ومن أجل الاستفادة من القيادة لتوفير الحماية للتنظيمات واستمرارها بأداء نشاطها ينبغي توفير عوامل نجاحها الحاسمة، وأوضح البحث أهمية استحداث نمط القيادة في التنظيمات لرفع مستوى کفاءة الأداء وإجراءات العمل وکيفية التعامل مع المخاطر من حيث تکرار وقوعها وشدتها واستراتيجيات مواجهتها.
 The Research (Paper) aimed to identifying the contemporary approaches of organizational  leadership style.The organizational leadership is particularly important at the present time, and constitute anew approach in contemporary organizations , has seem all organizations acceleration and great changes in recent years, in order to benefit from organizational leadership to provide protection for organizations and continuity performance it's activates, should   provide the critical success factor for organizational leadership, The Research showed the importance of the development of organizational leadership in organizations to raise the level of efficiency and work procedures, and improved the performance of risk management in organization.
