Abstract

This study aims to analyze the administrative status quo of tourism sector in Ismailia and to evaluate its role in improving the performance of employees. The research model includes administrative leadership style (an independent variable) and improvement of employees performance (a dependent variable). The results show that the collective leadership style has a positive impact on the improvement of performance. The study recommends strengthening the collective style.
