هدفت الدراسة الى التعرف على واقع الإفصاح عن تقرير إدارة مخاطر الأمن السيبراني وأثره على قرارات الاستثمار ومنح الائتمان في الشرکات المصرية المسجلة في سوق الأوراق المالية المصرية وأثره على أسعار الأسهم وأحجام التداول في الشرکات.
واستخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي واشتملت عينة الدراسة على مدراء ونواب مدراء إدارة المخاطر في عدد من الشرکات تقدر نسبتها بـ (25%) من الشرکات المقيدة في أکبر (5) قطاعات من حيث حجم رأس المال السوقي في سوق المال والتي تمثل نسبة (73.37%) من حجم سوق المال والتي تزيد نسبة مشارکة کل مؤسسة منهم عن (10%) من حجم راس مال السوق والمتوفر بها إدارة للمخاطر کما انها أيضا من المؤسسات التي استطاعت الباحثة الوصول اليها، واستعانة الباحثة بأداة جمع البيانات استبيان" واقع الإفصاح عن تقرير إدارة مخاطر الأمن السيبراني وأثره على قرارات الاستثمار ومنح الائتمان في البورصة" (من تصميم الباحثة) لجمع البيانات.
وقد أظهرت الدراسة عدم إفصاح الشرکات المقيدة بسوق المال عن مخاطر الأمن السيبراني وما يحمله ذلک من آثار سلبية على أسعار الأسهم وأحجام التداول، واوصت الدراسة بسرعة إصدار کل من البورصة المصرية والهيئة العامة للرقابة المالية والبنک المرکزي المصري الضوابط والإرشادات اللازمة لدعم الإفصاح عن أنشطة الأمن السيبراني وأية حوادث تتعرض لها أو مخاطر تهددها وبرامج إدارة مخاطر الأمن السيبراني لديها، وأن يتولى مجلس معايير المحاسبة الدولية IASB إصدار معيار ينظم جوانب الإفصاح المحاسبي عن أنشطة ومخاطر الأمن السيبراني وبرنامج إدارة مخاطر الأمن السيبراني للشرکات.
The study aimed to identify the reality of disclosing the cybersecurity risk management report and its impact on investment decisions and granting credit in Egyptian companies registered in the Egyptian stock market and its impact on stock prices and trading volumes in companies.
The researcher used the descriptive approach, and the study sample was managers and deputy directors of risk management in (25%) of the companies listed in the largest (5) sectors in terms of the volume of market capital, which represents a percentage (73.37%) of the size of the capital market, which increases the participation rate of each Including one institution (10%) of the volume of the market capital, which has a risk management system, and one of the institutions that the researcher was able to access with the help of the data collection tool: Questionnaire “The reality of disclosure of the cybersecurity risk management report and its impact on investment decisions and granting credit in the stock market" (designed by the researcher )
The study showed poor disclosure of cybersecurity risks and risk management programs in Egyptian companies registered in the stock market, and the negative effects that this has on stock prices and trading volumes.
The study recommended that the Egyptian Stock Exchange, the Financial Supervisory Authority and the Central Bank of Egypt quickly issue the necessary controls and guidelines to support the disclosure of cybersecurity activities and any incidents or risks threatening them and their cybersecurity risk management programs, and that the International Accounting Standards Board IASB issue a standard regulating aspects of disclosure Accounting for cybersecurity activities and risks and corporate cybersecurity risk management program.
