تهدف الدراسة إلى الکشف عن اتجاهات المعلمات السعوديات في القطاع الحکومي  نحو تطبيق أسلوب التشارک في العمل دراسة تطبيقية على المعلمات في مدينة الرياض، وقد تکون مجتمع الدراسة من المعلّمات في مدينة الرياض، في حين تکوّنت عينة الدراسة من (159) معلّمة، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم تطوير مقياس للتعرّف على اتجاهات المعلّمات والذي تضمّن أربعة محاور أساسية: الرغبة في التشارک في العمل، الآثار الايجابية والسلبية والمعوّقات، وقد بيّنت نتائج الدراسة أنّ رغبة المعلّمات في تطبيق أسلوب التشارک في العمل جاءت بدرجة متوسطة وذلک للتخوّف من نقص الدخل والحوافز بسبب التشارک، کما بينت نتائج الدراسة أنّ هناک عدد من الآثار الايجابية لتطبيق أسلوب التشارک في العمل منها: توفير الوقت الکافي للمعلّمات للتطوير التعليمي والمهني، بينما تضمّنت الآثار السلبية من وجهة نظر المعلّمات الاتکالية وعدم المسؤولية في حالة التشارک في العمل، کما أظهرت الدراسة أنّ أهم المعوّقات التي تحول دون تطبيق أسلوب التشارک في العمل من وجهة نظر المعلّمات هي عدم التجانس في الصفات الشخصية، وفي ضوء النتائج أوصت الدراسة بمجموعة من التوصيات أهمّها: العمل على هيکلة الرواتب والحوافز المادّية والمعنويّة في القطاع العام لتشجيع المعلّمات على تبنّي أسلوب التشارک في العمل لما لذلک من فوائد عديدة تعود بالنفع على الأفراد والمنظمة والمجتمع ککل، مع ضرورة تشريع ووضع الأنظمة والتعليمات التي تُنظّم تطبيق أسلوب التشارک في العمل وتحفظ المسؤوليات والواجبات وتضمن وجود رقابة عالية على المشارکين في العمل لتحقيق الأهداف المرجوّة بکفاءة وفاعلية.
The study aims to reveal the attitudes and the directions of Saudi female teachers in the government sector towards the application of the work-sharing method, an applied study on female teachers in the city of Riyadh. The study population consisted of female teachers in the city of Riyadh, while the study sample consisted of (159) female teachers. To achieve the objectives of the study, a scale was developed to identify the attitudes of female teachers, which included four main axes: the desire to work together, the positive and negative effects and obstacles. The results of the study showed that the desire of female teachers to apply the work-sharing method came to a moderate degree, due to fear of lack of income and incentives due to sharing.  The results of the study also showed that there are a number of positive effects of applying the work-sharing method, including: providing sufficient time for teachers for educational and professional development, while it  included the negative effects from the point of view of dependent-on-other teachers and lack of responsibility in the case of work-sharing.
The study also showed that the most important obstacles that prevent the application of the work-sharing method from the point of view of teachers are the heterogeneity in personal qualities. In light of the results, the study recommended a set of recommendations, the most important of which are: Work on structuring salaries and material and moral incentives in the public sector to encourage teachers to adopt the work-sharing method because of the many benefits that benefit individuals, organization and society as a whole, with the need for legislation and the development of regulations and instructions that regulate the application of The work-sharing method, preserve  responsibilities and duties and ensures that there is high control over the work participants to achieve the desired goals efficiently and effectively.
