The Administrators of the Agricultural Extension system used the methods of administrative creativity in some Egyptian Governorates

Abstract

The research aimed to determining the use degree of the Administrators to some methods of administrative creativity from their point of view, and Agents, also, determine the significance of the relationship between the studied independent variables for the respondents of Administrators, and degree of their use to the studied methods of Administrative creativity. The research was conducted in four governorates, namely Al-Gharbia, and Al-Beheira to represent the Lower Egypt, Al-Minya, and Assiut to represent the Upper Egypt. Data was collected from all administrators in four governorates, including 100 researchers. As a sample of the extension agents was selected in the study governorates amounted for 202 respondents to compare and try to ascertain the reality and veracity of the statements made by the respondents from the Administrators. Data was collected using a questionnaire form, in person-interview with the respondents during May and June 2021, it was used to display and analyze data numerical inventory tables, percentages, weighted average calculations, and test "T", simple correlation coefficient, and chi- square. Nearly two-thirds (64%) of the respondents Administrators use administrative creativity methods that are considered to be moderate overall, while more than half  of the respondents of  Agents(53.5%) saw that respondents of managers use that methods with low degree. There are statistically significant differences between the opinion of both the administrators and Agents in the use degree to which the administrators of the studied administrative creativity methods in general, and this difference was in favor of the administrators respondents.
