This research aims to describe the respondents of tomato farmers according to some of their studied characteristics, to determine the degree of their knowledge of the extension irrigation recommendations of tomato crop, and the degree of their implementation thereof, to determine their attitude towards irrigation water conservation, to identify the obstacles they face during the irrigation process, and their proposals to overcome them, as well as to determine the significance of the relationship between the independent variables studied and the knowledge degree of farmers respondents in the extension irrigation recommendations, and the degree of their implementation. This research was conducted in the village of 27 Bangar Al-Sokar (Sayyidna Shuaib), and the research sample included all the 252 tomato farmers in the village according to the data of the Village Agricultural Cooperative Association. After data collecting, it was analyzed using the numerical inventory tables, percentages, weighted average, and Pearson simple correlation coefficient by using SPSS software. The most important results were as follows: More than half of the respondents (51.6%) had higher knowledge level of the Extension Irrigation Recommendations. About half of the respondents (48.8%) had a moderate implementation level of these recommendations. More than half of the respondents (54.8%) had a neutral attitude towards irrigation water conservation. There was a positive relationship between the variables of number of education years, the number of cultivation years of tomato crop, and between the degree of knowledge of the respondent's farmers of the extension irrigation recommendations, and the degree of their implementation.
