This study aims to identify the level of adopting agricultural innovations by farmers and to determine the most important social values affecting the adoption of agricultural innovations for farmers at the level of villages. The size of the sample was 120 individuals at 5% of the total number of farmers in Kafr Saad El Balad village, with a number of 2351 farmers and 70 individuals by 7% of the total number of farmers in Sadat and Al Qatemia villages (966 farmers). The results indicated that, there were significant differences between the studied villages in terms of the degree of adopting agricultural innovations and the differences came in favor of the villages of Bir al-Abd (Sadat and Al Qatemia). The most important social values that negatively affect the adoption of agricultural innovations in the village of Kafr Saad country are including taking responsibility, and rationality. The social values of cooperation, acceptance the others, achievement, rationality, exposure to technology, and means of communication, responsibility, and awareness of time had a positive impact on the adoption of agricultural innovations in the villages of Bir al-Abd (Sadat and Al Qatemia). The herein study recommended to activate means of mass communication to raise awareness. Education and combat social values had a negative impact on agricultural development plans.
