هدفت الدارسة إلى التعرف على ممارسات القيادة الاستراتيجية وعلاقتها بإدارة الأزمات, ولتحقيق ذلک اعتمد الباحث قائمة الاستقصاء لجمع البيانات الأولية باستخدام عينة قوامها (384) مفردة من القيادات الإدارية العليا بشرکات إنتاج الکهرباء المصرية.
- وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة :
1- وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين ممارسات القيادة الاستراتيجية وإدارة الأزمات في شرکات إنتاج الکهرباء المصرية بمعامل ارتباط (0.882).
2- توافرت ممارسات القيادة الاستراتيجية بدرجة کبيرة لدى القيادات الإدارية العليا في شرکات إنتاج الکهرباء المصرية بوزن نسبي (77.12%).
3- وجود تطبيق لعملية إدارة الأزمات في شرکات إنتاج الکهرباء المصرية محل الدراسة بدرجة کبيرة بوزن نسبي (75.40%).
- وقد توصل الباحث إلى مجموعة من التوصيات لتعزيز ممارسات القيادة الاستراتيجية, وزيادة فاعلية إدارة الأزمات.
Study summary: The study aimed at identifying the strategic leadership practices and its relation to crises management , and to achieve that the researcher relied on surveys to collect the primary data by using a sample of (384) Singled out from the higher management leadership of the Egyption power companies
- The findings off the study showed :
1-A relationship with a statistical significance to the practices of the strategic leadership and crisis management in the Egyptian power companies with a relative weight of (0.882) .
2-the avalibality of strategic leadership practices with a high degree to the higher management leadership in the Egyptian power companies with a relative weight of (77.12%) .
3- application to the process of crisis management in the Egyptian power companies with a relative weight (75.40%).
- the researcher reached several recommendations to strengthen the strategic leadership practices and increasing the effectiveness of crisis management.
