Summary The topic of this research revolves around the role of the bank in confronting the fraud of others on bank card funds and the civil liability resulting from it. Reducing this risk, and stating the civil liability of the bank and the customer in the event that the fraudster succeeds in implementing his plan to seize the card funds. To achieve this goal, the researcher was keen to conduct several personal interviews with some bankers and software engineers in the banking sector, in order to investigate the practical aspects regarding fraud by others on bank cards, to identify the images and means of fraud most related to bank cards, and the bank's role in extending technical protection to prevent penetration of its system e-mail, and clarification of many technical aspects that need to be identified and understood as a basis for presenting the associated legal rules. The researcher has taken the analysis approach to this research, as it is the method most appropriate to the nature and objectives of the research.
