The study aimed to clarify how companies achieve sustainable development through their adoption and integrated and continuous application of the essential ISO specifications concerned with incorporating the dimensions of the latter into the administrative aspects of the institution and related to human development and its impact on the quality of production in food companies in Egypt.
From the staff's point of view in the study sample, this study relied on descriptive and analytical methods to identify the correlation between the study variables. The researcher built a survey form covering the study variables and applied a survey form as a tool to collect data on a research group numbering (285) employees in the Domty Company.
The study results concluded that the survey form terms have the effect of standard specifications to an average degree, and the terms of a form came after the commitment of the senior management to apply the quality specifications at an average availability. The study results confirmed the existence of a straitus correlation between the dimensions of the impact form Application of ISO specifications for human resources from the point of view of the company's employees and a form following the commitment of senior management to apply quality specifications from their point of view. The study recommended the need to support the application of ISO specifications for human resources
