This study aims to measure the impact of outsourcing on enhancing the competitive advantage in the real estate development sector in Egypt through a group of real estate development Companies, and to achieve the objectives of the study, a survey form was designed and distributed to 201 employees of the organizations under study, 189 of them were retrieved, including 176 suitable for analysis and study. The data were analyzed and hypotheses were tested using the SPSS program for statistical analysis. The study found a significant relationship between outsourcing and enhancing the competitive advantage in the real estate development sector.
