المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على واقع ممارسة مديري المدارس للقيادة الروحية في ولاية عبري بمحافظة الظاهرة في سلطنة عمان، واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي، کما استخدمت الاستبانة في جمع البيانات والمعلومات وتم تطبيقها على عينة مکونة من (105) من مساعدي المديرين والمعلمين الأوائل. وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن واقع ممارسة مديري المدارس للقيادة الروحية في ولاية عبري بمحافظة الظاهرة في سلطنة عمان جاء بدرجة کبيرة جداً بشکل عام، کما جاء بدرجة کبيرة جداً أيضاً في  جميع محاور الدراسة وهي: الايمان، والايثار، والعلاقات الانسانية، والرؤية، کما کشفت النتائج عن عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة عند مستوى (α ≤ 0.05) تُعزى إلى متغيرات الجنس، المؤهل العلمي، وسنوات الخبرة.     Abstract The present study aimed to identify the reality of practicing spiritual leadership by the school principals of the state of Ibri at Al-Dhahirah Governorate, Sultanate of Oman, study used a descriptive method, also used the questionnaire to collect data and information were applied to a sample of (105) assistance principals and senior teachers. The results of the study showed that the reality of practicing spiritual leadership by the school principals of the state of Ibri at Al-Dhahirah Governorate, Sultanate of Oman was came generally high degree ; They also came high degree of all Fields: Faith, altruism, human relationships, and vision; Results also showed that there were no significant differences at (α ≤ 0.05) in the study variables which are gender, Years of experience and academic level..
