There are several systems designed especially for intelligent buildings in order to evaluate and develop it .Each country according to its concept of these buildings developed a way to evaluate it, and with the evolution of time, evaluation systems have evolved and became having many versions of these systems. The fourth version of (IBI) (Intelligent Building Index) which was published by (AIIB) (Asian Institute of Intelligent Buildings, Hong Kong, China) is one of the best systems that have been recommended in order to simulate it. The research aims to show the most important valuation techniques which have emerged so far and draw a better system can emulate it as a model integrated an evaluation of intelligent buildings Trying to reach the intelligent building system, which consists of several key parameters contained elements to evaluate each criterion separately .By this way we can compare the content of  local green building assessment, or common internationally used, with a content of the better system to evaluate intelligent buildings and clarify their relationship . We can also clarify the aspects covered by the evaluation of intelligent building systems and which other are not covered by the green evaluation systems, so that we can conclude which one best to work with intelligent assessment or green assessment. ظهرت عدة نظم صُممت خصيصا للمباني الذکيه من أجل تقييمها وتطويرها ،کل دولة حسب مفهومها لهذه المباني وضعت طريقة لتقييمها، ومع تطور الزمن تطورت نظم التقييم وأصبح يوجد العديد من الإصدارات لهذه النظم ،ومن أفضل هذه الأمثله للإقتداء بها في تقييم المباني الذکيه هونظام تقييم (IBI) (Intelligent Building Index) الخاص ب(AIIB) (Asian Institute of Intelligent Buildings, Hong Kong, China) وبالأخص الإصدار الرابع . ويهدف البحث  إلى عرض أهم طرق التقييم التي ظهرت حتي الآن وإستخلاص أفضل نظام يمکن الإقتداء به کنموذج  متکامل يمثل تقييم المباني الذکيه فکرا ومضمونا محاولين الوصول إلي منظومة المباني الذکيه والتي تتکون من عدة معايير رئيسيه يتضمنها عناصر لتقييم کل معيار علي حده وبذلک يمکننا المقارنه بين نظام تقييم المباني الخضراء المحلي أو الشائع إستخدامه دوليا وأفضل نظام لتقييم المباني الذکيه وتوضيح العلاقه بينهما مع محاوله لتوضيح الجوانب التي تُغطيها نظم تقييم المباني الذکيه ولا تُغطيها نظم التقييم الأخضر والعکس ،وبذلک يمکننا إستنتاج أيهم أفضل للعمل به التقييم الذکي أم التقييم الأخضر.
