As such, this research focuses on exploring the methodology through which Construction firms can enhance their decision-making in the best possible way that enables prevention, mitigation and resolution of emerging crises and unforeseen events.  The objective of the proposed methodology is to enable construction firms during times of crisis to deliver their project on time, within the specified budget and meeting the expected level of quality. This leads to performance improvement, based upon studying the factors affecting high-level decision-making in construction companies, using dynamic prototypes, and depending on accurate information which could be measured by virtue of Key Performance Indicators (KPI's), until attaining the main targets of construction companies: profit and market endurance.
