ملخص البحث: يسعى البحث الحالي إلى دراسة أثر تطبيق نظام إدارة الجودة الشاملة (ISO9001:2008) في عمادة شؤون أعضاء هيئة التدريس والموظفين بجامعة الأمير سطام بن عبدالعزيز على الأداء وتحقيق مستوى رضا مناسب للمستفيدين من خدمات العمادة، ويستهدف البحث الحالي ما يلي:
1- تعرف المفاهيم الأساسية للجودة الشاملة في مؤسسات التعليم العالي.
2- دراسة أثر تطبيق نظام إدارة الجودة (ISO 9001:2008) في عمادة شؤون أعضاء هيئة التدريس والموظفين على تحسن الخدمات المقدمة لأعضاء هيئة التدريس بالجامعة وجودتها.
3- تعرف أثر تطبيق نظام إدارة الجودة (ISO 9001:2008) في عمادة شؤون أعضاء هيئة التدريس والموظفين على الموظفين بالقطاعات الأخرى بالجامعة.
4- توضيح أثر تطبيق نظام إدارة الجودة (ISO 9001:2008) في عمادة شؤون أعضاء هيئة التدريس والموظفين على الرضا الوظيفي للموظفين بالعمادة.
ولتحقيق أهداف البحث فإنه تم استخدام أداة البحث وهي الاستبانات، والتي طُبقت على عينة البحث المکونة من (200) مفحوص، تنقسم إلى ثلاثة أقسام: أعضاء هيئة التدريس وعددهم (95) عضواً، والموظفون بقطاعات الجامعة المختلفة وعددهم (65) موظفاً، إلى جانب عدد (40) موظفاً من موظفي العمادة.
وأشارت نتائج البحث إلى أن تطبيق نظام إدارة الجودة الشاملة(ISO 9001:2008) أدي إلى تحسن أداء موظفي عمادة شؤون أعضاء هيئة التدريس والموظفين بشکل ملحوظ، کما أن أعضاء هيئة التدريس بالجامعة والموظفين بقطاعاتها المختلفة قد استشعروا تحسن الأداء من خلال قلة الوقت المستغرق لإنجاز معاملاتهم وقلة دوران المعاملات وجودة الخدمات المقدمة بالعمادة، کما أن موظفي العمادة قد حقق لديهم تطبيق نظام إدارة الجودة الشاملة الرضا الوظيفي المطلوب.
وقد أوصى الباحث من خلال نتائج البحث بعدد من التوصيات من أهمها: عقد ورش عمل وندوات مع جامعات عربية ودولية أخرى قامت بتطبيق نظام إدارة الجودة الشاملة للاستفادة من تجاربها، وأن تتولى الجامعة إنشاء مرکز تدريبي لتطوير أداء الموظفين بالجامعة بعد التعيين على استخدام التقنيات والبرامج الحديثة في التعاملات الإدارية للمساهمة في تسهيل تطبيق نظام إدارة الجودة بالجامعة.
The current research seeks to examine the impact of the application of total quality management system (ISO 9001: 2008) in the Deanship of staff and employees at PrinceSattam bin Abdulaziz University on the performance and the achievement of a satisfaction level for the beneficiaries of the deanship services, this is what aims the current research:
Knowing the basic concepts of TQM in the higher education institutions.
Studying the impact of the application of the quality management system (ISO 9001: 2008) in the Deanship of staff and employees to improve the provided services to the university faculty and its quality.
knowing the impact of the application of the quality management system (ISO 9001: 2008) in the Deanship staff and employees and other sectors.
clarifying the impact of the application of the quality management system (ISO 9001: 2008) in the Deanship of staff and employees and the job satisfaction for employees of the deanship.
To achieve the objectives of the research, search tool, questionnaires, has been used which were applied on research sample consisting of (200) persons, is divided into three sections: the faculty members (95) members, and other staff in various university sectors (65) employees, besides (40) employees of the deanship.
The results of the research indicates that the application of total quality management system (ISO 9001: 2008) led to a clear improvement of the employees of the Deanship of staff and employees , as well as the university faculty members have sensed the performance improvement through the short period of time to complete their transactions and paper of work, the lack of transactions rotation and the quality services provided by the deanship, also the application of TQMS achieved the required job satisfaction for the deanship employees.
Based on the result, the researcher recommended number of recommendation, most importantly: Establishing and creating workshops and seminars with other Arab and international universities who has been implementing the total quality management system to benefit from their experiences, and the university should establish a training center to improve the performance of the employees after recruiting them on using technology and modern programs contributing on the easiness of applying the quality management system in the university.
