Abstract

The study aimed to reach an assessment of the environmental factors and their effects on the performance of employees in the application of the Central Agency for Organization and Administration. To achieve the objectives of the research, a questionnaire was designed that was distributed to a sample of officials and employees of the Central Organization for Organization and Administration, whose number reached (250) individuals. The researchers used the descriptive and analytical approach to complete the study, and the appropriate statistical tests to test the validity of the hypotheses and answer the study's questions.
The study reached some results, including that there is a statistically significant relationship between evaluating environmental factors and improving the performance of workers. Where the value of "T" was (27,599), at a significant level less than (0.01), and a statistically significant relationship between the evaluation process and the impact of the physical environment on the performance of workers was found. As the value of “T" reached (13,699) at a significant level less than (0.01).
In light of the results of the study, the study concluded several recommendations, the most important of which are: The need to improve the administrative and organizational environment for workers and involve them in the decision-making process, to ensure the improvement and development of administrative performance on an ongoing basis, as well as including a specialized department for environmental safety and health, and another for the environment, to improve environmental performance and maintain the health and safety of workers and available resources.
