By a simple random sample of (150) occupational health and safety workers. The study used the following tools: the Psychological Compatibility Scale, the Professional Compatibility Scale for the workers in the industry, the questionnaire on improving the skills of workers in occupational safety and health , And the most important results were to confirm the existence of a statistically significant relationship at a significant level of (0.05) between the psychological compatibility and occupational compatibility of workers in safety and occupational health in the sample of the study, and also confirmed the existence of a positive relationship statistically significant at the level of significance (0.05) between indicators of psychological compatibility and Tu Vq professional in both male and female occupational safety and health community study workers, and represented the most important recommendations of the study in the continuous training of workers on the use of occupational health and safety, and the provision of infrastructure for the use of occupational health and safety.
