This paper mainly concerns with generalizing nano near open sets by proposing new sort of sets called nano -open
sets. These sets are stronger than any type of the other nano near open sets such as, nano regular open, nano -open,
nano semi-open, nano pre-open, nano -open and nano -open sets. The main properties and the relationships among of
these sets are studied. Moreover, various forms of nano -open sets corresponding to dierent cases of approximations
are also derived. Finally, the notion of nano -continuous functions is introduced and compared to the other types of
nano continuous functions.
