The aim of this research was to identify some variables affecting the benefit of farmers from the extension symposium held in some of the centers in Beheira Governorate. The means of achieving this goal were limited to: Identifying some characteristics of the farmers concerned, identifying the areas of symposium held in the extension centers the study of the relationship between the degree of benefit of farmers from seminars and independent variables studied, identifying the problems that hinder the benefit of farmers from the symposium and proposals to solve them.
A questionnaire was used to collect the data needed through personal interviewing of 120 farmers . The statistical methods of analysis of the research data were percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, frequency and coefficient of variance. The simple correlation coefficient, multiple correlation, the coefficient of multiple regression through the SPSS program.

In terms of multiple regression relationships, it was clear from the regression model that five independent variables are responsible for the interpretation of 41% of the total variance in the benefit of farmers from the seminars held in some extension centers as a dependent variable at the probability level 0.01.
The most importante problems facing the farmers were: (1) the far of the extension center36,6%,(2) the seminars did not supported with publications and guidance magazines 30% and(3) the absence of an exhibition of inputs of production, seeds and pesticides approved by the extension center .
