A questionnaire was used to collect the data needed through personal interviewing of 120 farmers  . The statistical methods of analysis of the research data were percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, frequency and coefficient of variance. The simple correlation coefficient, multiple correlation, the coefficient of multiple regression through the SPSS program. The most important research findings indicate: FindingAbout half and quarter 75% of respondents are middle and high benefit from semenars In terms of multiple regression relationships, it was clear from the regression model that five independent variables are responsible for the interpretation of 41% of the total variance in the benefit of farmers from the seminars held in some extension centers as a dependent variable at the probability level 0.01. The most importante problems facing the farmers were: (1) the far of the extension center36,6%,(2) the seminars did not supported with publications and guidance magazines 30% and(3) the absence of an exhibition of inputs of production, seeds and pesticides approved by the extension center .
