Abstract

The aim of the study was to evaluate the use ofhysteroscopic electrocoagulation as new modality fortubal occlusion in patients with hydrosalpinx scheduledfor IVF. The sample of the study was 10 patients. Theanesthesia general under done was hysteroscopythe either using by done is electrocoagulationelectrocoagulation or ball roller electrocoagulation needle electrode. Follow up of the cases was done by hysterosalpingography .Therewere 90% success rate for the electrocoagulation needle electrode and 16.7% successrate for electrocoagulation roller ball
