Abstract

The use of a continuous knotless technique for perineal repair isassociated with less time of wound suturing, time of wound healing,length of threads used by centimeters perineal pain at 12 hours, 48hours and ten days months, need for analgesia and lower VAS scoresthan techniques with interrupted sutures. Indeed, the introduction of acontinuous suturing policy would provide more comfortability, lesssuturing materials, less time for repair and less analgesia are neededthan for the interrupted method of repair.
