Abstract

Atropine is a life saving drug in acute anticholine-estrase poisoning.Proper atropinization is associated with better clinical outcome. Hence we aimedat compairing between two different existing regimens of atropine therapy inanticholine-estrase poisoning. Method: A comparative study at the NationalEgyptian Center for Toxicological Research (NECTR) by using two atropineadministration regimens (repeated bolus and intravenous infusion afterstabilization by bolus atropine) each study group consists of 50 patients of cholineestrase inhibitor insecticides poisoning.
