There was positive and significant relation between LA diameter and serum IL-6 &, Hs CRP in AF patients with p value 0,001 and 0.031. There was significant relation between serum IL-6 & Hs CRP and patients with AF complicated with stroke. This means that IL-6 & Hs CRP act as prognostic factors for complication of AF e.g. stroke.
