Open Rhinoplasty has become a standard way for controlling and predictability in re-evaluation and repair of most of nasal deformities among plastic surgeons. Through this approach the exposure allows for more accurate evaluation of the underlying nasal framework and permit sculpturing of the nasal cartilage in their normal resting state devoid of retraction or traction forces. The technique is useful in teaching and learning of Rhinoplasty.
