The aim of our study was to show the variability in penile length and its relation either to body measurements (height, weight or waist circumference), or skin color. The study was carried out on one thousand of normal adult males with no penile anomalies. All patients were subjected to history taking, general examination, body measurements including the height, weight and waist circumference, detection of skin color using Fitzpatrick chart, local genital examination, and measurement of penile size (apparent flaccid penile length, stretched flaccid penile length and penile girth). The results showed that the mean apparent penile length was 8.37 cm, the mean stretched (actual) penile length was 13.77 cm and the mean girth was 10.48 cm. moreover our study presents a conclusion that all penile measurements are interrelated to each other; the height and weight are the other body measurements that are related to the penile measurements. It seems that the penile measurements are polygenic traits and under a multifactorial influences including racial, hormonal ….etc.
