Retrospective study, thirty cases underwent unilateral thoracoscopic sympathectomy due to primary palmer hyperhidrosis. Transaxilary three ports technique was used with excision of apart of dorsal sympathetic chain. Evaluation of the results was done by the followings: operative time, post operative period, patient satisfaction, and complication.
