Chemical oocyte activation improved fertilization in cases of previous fertilization failure after ICSI with normospermic or abnormal spermatozoa, especially globozospermia . The present study aimed to evaluate the effect of oocyte activation after ICSI using calcium ionophore on fertilization rate in selected cases with previous failed or low fertilization rate and 100% sperm abnormality of different types.
